Our economists have been involved in a range of abuse of dominance cases in the sector such as the excessive pricing complaint against Mittal, the Nationwide Poles price discrimination case, complaints against Sasol Chemical Industries, the ANSAC/Botash cartel case and the SAB distribution case. Our team has also worked on cartels in the milling and dairy industries. We have been involved in providing analysis for numerous mergers at the Competition Commission stage.
